Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us within 5 days if there is any damage done to your product during the shipping process. Any contact regarding damaged products 7 business days after delivery, is no longer eligible for a return. All damaged products due to shipping will require images to proceed with exchanges.

Eligible Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item or believe your product is defective, please contact us within
14 days of receipt.
If we have determined that your product is defective, we will happily replace your item.
To proceed with refunds or exchanges, images will be required for defective or wrong items.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds/returns or exchanges.
We will happily take care of shipping on any damaged or defective products.

Ineligible Refunds/Exchanges
All items on sale are final.
If more than 50% of the product has been used.
It has been more than 14 days since receiving the product.

Refunds
Once we have determined you are eligible for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method. If it has been longer than 10 business days, please contact us, so we may make it right.
