SHIPPING FAQ's

  • When will my order ship after my order is placed?
    Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Can I customize my concrete candle vessel or any concrete home goods?
    Currently we are not customizing cement candle vessels; however, this is something we are working towards adding to all of our candle collections in the near future!
  • If I live outside the US, can I still place an order?"
    We would love to offer our beeswax cement candles to everyone; however, we only offer domestic shipping to the lower 48 at this time.
  • How will my order be shipped?
    All orders are shipped USPS.
  • What if I do not receive my order?
    Please allow 3 business days following the confirmation of delivery prior to contacting. Sometimes packages may be marked as delivered prior to actual delivery.
